Scope of application |
These Terms are for customers who use shopping sites ("John Masters Organics Official Online Store") provided by John Masters Organics International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), applicable to customers who purchase our products by using them (hereinafter collectively referred to as "customers", including "Internet members" below). Change of contract |
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior consent of the customers. We shall display, or notify particular customer(s), any amendment to these Terms and Conditions through whatever means that we deem appropriate, such as, but not limited to, posting on John Masters Organics Official Online Store, sending e-mails or written documents. Customers who continue to use John Masters Organics Official Online Store and other related services upon such notice(s), indicate agreement to the revised Terms and Conditions and are bound to the revised Terms and Conditions in using John Masters Organics Official Online Store thereafter. |

Provision of services Stop / suspension |
We will change, add or abolish some or all of the John Masters Organics Official Online Store other service contents without prior consent of the customers. Internet members |
Among customers, those who are registered as members by the form prescribed by our company are referred to as "Internet members". Internet members are required to set customer ID and password. When registering members, you will need to register your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (above, essential) and desired mail format etc, but the contents notified in the event of a change to the Company, we shall promptly notify the Company of the change in a prescribed manner. Customer ID and Password management responsibility |
Internet members shall bear all responsibilities for the management of registered customer IDs and passwords and their use. The customer ID and password shall not be used by third parties, assignment, loan, name change, trading, collateral setting etc shall not be carried out. Resurrection or re-issuance in the event of forgetting customer ID and password is based on the procedure prescribed by the Company. Prohibited matter |
The customer shall not do the following matters. 1) John Masters Organics Official Online Store that deviated from normal use Acts of using other services 2) Actions that cause other customers' inconvenience 3) Actions that hinder our business 4) Trademark rights, copyright, privacy Acts that infringe any other rights or acts that might cause them 5) Application for Internet member registration by false registration contents 6) Order by false information or via Internet Membership of a third person or party; or attempt to violate any content of these Terms and Conditions with another Internet Member(s). 7) Selling or selling our products etc. at auction sites etc. Or preparing for them or applying for other orders or samples for profit 8) Unauthorized use of credit card 9) Unauthorized use of others' personal information 10) Others Actions that we deem inappropriate |

About dealings |
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that any customer suffer by our exercising of this section. |

Copyright |
Intellectual property rights with our work and use rights cannot be used without our consent. We will assume the right to use about opinions, information, etc. received from us by our company. Please understand beforehand that we may post opinions and information received in publications etc. |

Handling of personal information |
We will handle customer's personal information appropriately in accordance with "our company's personal information protection policy" and "about the handling of personal information" etc. |

Governing law |
The enactment, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the local law.

Jurisdiction |
If problems arise due to or related to John Masters Organics Official Online Store and other services between you and our company, we shall negotiate with each other in good faith and resolve them. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if you do not resolve by consultation, both the customer and the Company shall make the High Court the exclusive jurisdictional court, filing a lawsuit, filing a mediation, etc.
