Shipping policy

Starting from 5 March 2022, to-door services will be suspended until further notice. Please select self-pick up services at more than 1,000 SF network points including SF Business Stations & SF Stores (SF Lockers are not accepted). Please fill in the SF pick-up address in shipping address column. For delivery time, it may be slightly longer (8-14 days) during pandemic.

Complete and accurate addresses are crucial. Missing or incorrect SF station address make the difference between delivery time and delay.

- HK & Macau Regions:
  Free Shipping upon purchase of HK$400 plus
  HK$40 will be charged for orders less than HK$400
- Taiwan & Singapore Regions:
   Free Shipping upon purchase of HK$2,000 plus
   HK$200 will be charged for orders less than HK$2,000

Customer will receive a call/ whatsapp from our frontline team when their orders are ready for collection. Customer must present the order confirmation email and order number in order to collect the goods, printed or electronic copy is acceptable.

Estimated dispatch time
It takes 3-5 business days to process the order, subject to stock availability and the order will be dispatched within 5 business days. It usually takes 3-4 business days for delivery to your designated address, please contact S.F. Express for delivery status.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
Once the payment is completed, customer will receive an order confirmation email. An email notification with a tracking code will be sending to customer after the order is dispatched. Customer may use the tracking code to track the delivery status on S.F. Express website.

Once the order is dispatched, please contact S.F. Express directly in case of any changes of the delivery address. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer. In case customer cannot be reached for delivery after two attempts, the order may risk being cancelled and not refunded.

In case customer is not able to receive the order due to personal reason, please contact S.F Express directly for further arrangement.
